Peanut Butter Protein Shake   Serves 1
Ingredients   1 medium banana, fresh or frozen 30g Super Protein – Nutty Nutty Peanut Butter 2 heaped tsp. peanut butter 1 medjool date, de-stoned 250ml oat milk
Break the banana into pieces, de-stone the date and add all the ingredients to the blender cup. Blend until smooth and creamy and serve or freeze to use as a soft serve ice cream.

I’d say this is the one super healthy dairy free chocolate shake that makes a good base for adding more healthy fats and banana if you wish. 
We’re always asked how to make vegan dessert. On instagram our followers challenge me to commit to my teachings on healthy fine dining. Proving it’s possible is satisfying. For real bit I’m in love with this easy vegan fudge. It takes the cake on easy way to make a vegan dessert overall! Literally takes 5mins to make.

This makes 7-8 squares

  • Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  • In a pan, combine coconut oil, cacao, almond butter, maple syrup
  • Heat over medium heat and whisk until smooth. 
  • As soon as it’s smooth, pour into prepared pan. Place in fridge. Set for least 2-3 hours.
  • Keep leftovers in the fridge or freezer
